2 How the process works
Reporting an emergency is not an "Unlock Button." It is a multi-step verification chain:

Step 1: You Submit a Report
You identify the user and the nature of the event via the dashboard or secure contact form.

Step 2: System "Ping" (Verification)
We immediately attempt to contact the User via email, SMS, and app notifications. If the User responds, the emergency report is cancelled.

Step 3: Protocol Acceleration
If the User does not respond within the expedited timeframe (e.g., 48 hours), we proceed to verify with the remaining Nominees.

Step 4: Access Granted
Only after consensus is reached does the system release the encryption keys to the Beneficiary.
Important Notice
Misuse of this emergency reporting system may result in account suspension or legal action. This system is monitored and all reports are logged. False emergency reports are taken seriously and may trigger security protocols that temporarily lock access to all associated accounts.
